The Opportunity
The Alliance for Medical Outreach and Relief, also known as AMOR, is a non-profit based Fresno, California. In 2009, AMOR took on the task of outfitting the Ashfar Hospital in Kabul, Afghanistan. The 100-bed facility was the first non-profit hospital with charitable programs in the country. The project was a major undertaking that involved the retrofitting of a kitchen, laboratory, laundry facility, and surgical unit. In addition to the construction, AMOR also needed to source an extensive list of medical equipment.
In order to simplify their efforts, AMOR sought a one-source equipment provider to centralize ordering and streamline the purchasing process. AMOR also wanted to work with a company that understood the Afghan market and could work within the organization's budget.
Our Solution

Dr. Scoffield visited the 91制片厂por Global Outreach headquarters and through detailed conversations with 91制片厂por Health Solutions, he knew that 91制片厂por was very capable of handling a large, complex project. 91制片厂por presented Dr. Scoffield with multiple options, allowing the AMOR team to customize their equipment to meet the challenge of seeing an average of 8,000 patients per month.

The 91制片厂por team helped to facilitate the importation of shipments and equipment training for local medical and support staff.
